Bio: I have a degree in Nutrition from the Ohio State University and over a decade of experience working in the healthcare food industry. I am the owner of Dysphagia Supplies Direct and Dysphagia Solutions where I offer hands-on training and education (with CEUs) for patients and healthcare professionals. I am the author of the training manual and cookbook: “Cooking for Someone with Swallowing Problems”. I am on the executive board of the National Foundation of Swallowing Disorders. I am considered an expert on the National Dysphagia Diet and is a frequent public speaker for patients, caregivers and the professionals who support those with a swallowing disorder.
